Benji is Awesome!! I saw him for Physical Therapy and dry needling after ankle surgery for a broken ankle from a serious rock climbing accident and with Benji’s help I healed far better and quicker than I ever expected!! He’s extremely knowledgeable, good at what he does and genuinely cares for his patients and their improvement. I was self pay and he is very affordable and it was easy to schedule same week or the following week appointments. I highly, highly recommend Benji at Head to Toh Physical Therapy!!

I went to Benji after I started experiencing hip pain while training for a half marathon. He was extremely professional, very patient, and did a great job of figuring out what was causing the pain and putting together a program. I’m happy to say that I am back to running and, with Benji’s help, haven’t experienced any subsequent hip pain. I cannot recommend enough!

It’s convenient that he will come to you and that he puts together videos for you to reference, especially since my adhd can be challenging when it comes to nee routines. I have already implemented some of the techniques to reduce my back pain from my physical job as a professional organizer.
